NST – Neurostrukturelle Integrationstechnik

NST in Visp

NST (Neurostructural Integration Technique) is a spinal integration-technique which was developed by Dr. Michael Nixon-Livy from Australia in the 90ies of the last century. Soft and gentle contact to the body are followed by a quick and deep pain relief. This increases vitality and the general health condition.

The typical reaction to NST is a deep relaxation, followed by a spontaneous autoregulation and recalibration of the muscles, the nervous system, visceral and endocrine system.

This autoregulation process can last up to 5 days until it is finally completed. Thereafter, another NST session is applied.

For backpain, headaches and more…

Though NST can be applied for any health conditon and age-group, it is said to work particularly well to solve structural problems:

  • back-, neck- and shoulder-pains
  • headaches
  • wrist-, knee- and ankle-problems
  • as well as after accident- and sports-injuries.

NST can be compared best to a soft-tissue osteopathy or -chiropractics. But NST also assists the psychological and nutritional needs of the individual.
